All orders shipped F.O.B. Salisbury, N.C. USA. The
freight charges will be added to your ordered unless
you make prior arrangements for shipping. Second day
and overnight deliveries are possible and are
subject to additional fees.
WARRANTY
Speed Brite products are guaranteed to be free of
manufacturing defects for a period of one year from
date of purchase with warranty on file with Speed
Brite, Inc. Warranty is void if unit has been
altered in any way or not used as suggested in the
operating procedure. Liability of Speed Brite is
limited to the value of the ionic cleaner under
warranty.
RETURNS
Returns require an authorization number from
customer service. Returns without proper number will
be rejected. COD returns not accepted. 15%
restocking fee for products returned due to
overstocking, incorrect ordering, or found to be
non-defective. Special order products are
non-refundable.
CLAIMS
You must contact customer service within 10 business
days of receipt to report shortages or
discrepancies. Customer service will track lost
shipments and help with damage claims.
BILLING
NET 20 to approved accounts. Call for credit
application, Cash COD until credit is established.
We accept MC, American Express, Visa, Discover.
